Digital Products

Most products sold through Happily Rentless are digital products.

No physical item will be shipped unless the product description specifically states that you are purchasing a physical product.

Digital products may include downloadable guides, worksheets, checklists, planning tools, workbooks, courses, or other digital resources.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

After your purchase is successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered electronically using the delivery method stated during checkout. This may include:

A download link provided after checkout
A download link sent to the email address used during your purchase
Access through a member or course area, when applicable
Other electronic delivery methods clearly stated on the product page

Please make sure the email address you provide during checkout is correct and that you have access to it.

Delivery Time

Most digital products should be available shortly after your payment has been successfully processed.

Occasionally, email providers, payment processing, technical issues, or automated delivery systems may cause a delay.

If you have completed your purchase but have not received your digital product, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us.

Saving Your Products

Once you receive your digital product, we strongly recommend downloading and saving a copy to your computer, device, cloud storage, or Google Drive.

Some Happily Rentless resources may be updated over time as we continue learning, improving our systems, and adding useful information. Where ongoing access or updated versions are specifically included with a product, those details will be explained on the individual product page.

We cannot guarantee permanent access to a download link, website account, email provider, or third-party platform unless ongoing access is specifically included with the product.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.

If you accidentally enter an incorrect email address and do not receive your purchase, please contact us so we can verify the order and help resolve the issue.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Physical Products

If Happily Rentless begins offering physical products, merchandise, printed materials, or other items requiring shipping, the applicable shipping costs, estimated delivery times, available destinations, and any additional shipping conditions will be provided on the individual product page or during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, this Shipping & Delivery Policy primarily applies to our digital products.

No Shipping Charges for Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are no physical shipping charges for digital-only purchases.

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout where required.

Delivery Problems

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading something you purchased, please contact Happily Rentless with your name, order information, and the email address used for your purchase.

We will do our best to help resolve legitimate delivery or access issues.
